Policy
Virtual Etiquette
Cameras must be turned on during lessons and classes.
Limit distractions on device(s) and around the room to maintain a productive environment.
Turn off and put away devices that are not in use.
Attendance
To ensure a successful class experience, students are expected to arrive prepared and on-time.
Please notify your private/group instructor in advance of any tardiness or absences.
In-person Etiquette
Hands must be clean and fingernails must be trimmed.
Phones and other devices must be off and stored away.
If you arrive earlier than your lesson time, please come in and wait quietly when other students are taking lesson.
Make-up Lessons
Make-up lessons are NOT offered except for the following circumstances:

Instructor cancellations

if your instructor cancels the lesson, it will be made up.

Student personal emergency.

Only one missed lesson will be made up per semester upon the instructor's availability.

Group classes cannot be made up due to a student's absence. In case of cancellations made by the instructor, it will be rescheduled.
